The Missing Peace

Goodpeople, Pax Christi USA, the National Catholic Peace Movement, has been generous enough to reprint on their website an article I wrote in response to the Iraq War. It has been slightly updated. It is titled: “The Missing Peace in the Catholic Church.” Originally written with a Catholic readership in mind, it has implications for all Christians. You can find the article here.

Pax Christi,

Dan

P.S. It might make for interesting conversation among college and youth groups as well as with families at the dinner table.

ARTWORK: Lorraine Schneider, “WAR IS NOT HEALTHY FOR CHILDREN OR OTHER LIVING THINGS,” 1966; used by Another Mother for Peace campaign against Vietnam War, 1967. Lorraine Schneider was an anti-war artist. For more about her click here.
